Participation Requirements:
 

To be eligible, participants must:

• Be a resident of Quebec.

• Be 18 years old by January 18, 2025.

• Have a valid Facebook account.

• Have filled the registration form 

• Accept all terms and conditions of the giveaway

• Have their wedding planned on 2025 (venue needs to be reserved with a fixed date)

Draw Details:

• The giveaway ends on April 30, 2025, at midnight.

• The draw will take place on May 1st, 2025, at noon in Montreal.

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible participants.

• Lusa Events will contact the winner via private email and phone on the information provided on the participation form to enter the giveaway within 3 days of the draw.

Winner's Obligations:

• The winner must provide all necessary personal and event-related information required to draft and sign the service contract within 7 days of being notified

• The winner grants Lusa Events full permission to capture and use images, videos, testimonials, and other content from the wedding day for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and advertising materials

• If a professional photographer is hired by the couple, the winner agrees to share a curated selection of at least 25 high-resolution photos with Lusa Events within 8 weeks following the wedding. These will be used for promotional purposes and may be credited if requested

• The winner agrees to provide two (2) main vendor meals on the wedding day for the on-site coordination team

• The winner agrees to ensure parking access for one (1) coordinators car at the ceremony and/or reception venue

• The winner agrees to maintain timely communication with Lusa Events throughout the planning process. Lack of communication may result in the forfeiture of the prize

Eligibility & Substitution

The prize is non-transferable and must be used by the original winner. No cash value or substitution will be provided. If the wedding date or details change, Lusa Events reserves the right to reassess availability and participation
